Ahobilam is situated in Karnool region in Andhra Pradesh within the mountains of the southern ghats, about four hundred KM North West of Chennai. And it is situated at a range of forty km's from Nandyal plus about one hundred and fifty km from Kurnool region head office.
History
The holy place of the Ahobilam shrine is located on the peak of the initial variety and is generally known as Higher Ahobilam in addition to the down is known as Reduced Ahobilam.
