Keezhperumpallam Kethu Bhagavan Temple is a rare temple dedicated to Ketu, which is situated in the city of Keezhperumpallam, in the district of Nagapattinam. History

Another rare sculpture is that Ketu is worshipping Lord Naganathaswamy with folded hands which can be seen by anyone who visits the temple. Ketu is seen as five headed snake worshipping Lord Shiva which is a rare idol which can be found only in this temple. The temple also holds significance in terms of religious beliefs. It is believed that those who worship the temple and perform certain rituals can get relief from the Ketudosham.
