Sri Andal Devi Sannadhi is enshrined in Prasanna Venkatachalapathi Temple, dedicated to Lord Vishnu and is located 20 km from Trichy, in the south indian state of Tamilnadu. It is located on the banks of the river Kollidam.

Importance/Significance

It is believed that Lord Vishnu comes down and addresses his devotees problems from his heavenly abode. A visit to this temple is believed to cure the mentally challenged; who are taken to the temple and kept in the temple premises for 48 days. At the end of 48 days it is believed that their illness is cured by the grace of the presiding deity.
